Citizens Bank is seeking a teller to greet customers, assist with mobile app and ATM usage, and handle simple transactions in our lobby. You will identify customer needs, offer personalized financial solutions, and refer complex requests to Bankers for the next steps.

The role emphasizes friendly, customer-centric service, strong communication, and the ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings, in a team-focused environment.

Formación

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate mobile app or ATM usage for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customers' financial goals and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions following all policies and procedures.
