Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in the lobby, assist with transactions, and demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage. You will offer personalized guidance toward financial goals and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.

You will work in a branch setting with a starting hourly rate of $21/hour, with opportunities to help customers achieve financing and banking outcomes while following policy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months cash/digital payments experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer-facing experience recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Customer-centric approach to service.
• Comfort with using digital technology.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities
