Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby and help them complete transactions using the mobile app or ATMs. You will deliver personalized advice aligned with customers' financial goals and connect them to Bankers for the next steps.

You will follow all financial policies, ensure accurate cash handling, and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships with customers. This role starts at $21/hour and up.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience recommending products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
