Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year customer experience recommending products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and follow policies including cash handling.
