Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or equivalent) or related experience.
• 1 year related experience preferred or six months to a year in a service role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department and sell additional services.
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their mechanical concerns.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data and provide labor and parts estimates.
• Follow up on repairs and maintain customer communication.
• Ensure repair orders are legible and accurate before submission.
• Maintain CSI and customer satisfaction standards.
