Experience as Internal Service Advisor or Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center.
Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Assess customer vehicle service needs and provide accurate recommendations.
Communicate service options, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
