Job summary

Fowler Kia of Windsor is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule service, and act as a liaison between customers and technicians. You will deliver accurate repair estimates and help customers understand costs.

This full-time role offers a base salary with commission, comprehensive benefits, Monday–Friday hours with occasional Saturday, and opportunities for growth within Fowler Automotive.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to clearly communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Comfort with upselling services ethically.
• Ability to provide accurate repair/maintenance cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and articulate repair needs to techs.
• Upsell recommended services using low-pressure methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Adhere to dealership policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completeness of work.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain repairs and costs and participate in active delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of issues and risks.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.
