Job summary

Knight Automotive Group in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and manage service orders from check-in to completion. You will communicate clearly, estimate pricing, and keep customers updated throughout the service experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a dealership setting, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Dealertrack/CDK is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple repair orders at once.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests and vehicle information.
• Create repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services and pricing.
• Coordinate repair scheduling with technicians and ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status, additional findings, and completion times.
• Review work performed and explain invoices to customers upon vehicle delivery.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards.
• Handle warranty, recall, and maintenance work documentation accurately.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote trust and retention.
