Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a capable Sales Support Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and support for branch sales and operations. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, scheduling deliveries, and efficient administrative tasks.

You will verify customer information, process payments, and assist with invoicing while learning state tax rules related to material transactions. A strong team player attitude, basic computer skills, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to process financial and administrative transactions accurately.
• Ability to operate office equipment (calulators, fax, copiers).
• Ability to learn state tax laws as they apply to material transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and direct customers to branch staff with professionalism.
• Verify, update, and process customer orders; schedule deliveries; prepare shipping documents.
• Handle end-of-day cashiering duties, run reports, balance funds.
• Process vendor invoices and administrative transactions; coordinate with others to complete duties.
• Review tax exemption certificates and ensure sales/use tax compliance.
• Maintain records and documentation; monitor processes for errors and conduct daily balancing.
• Provide customer-focused services and support branch sales and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
