Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in sales support or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/WTS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with WTS, CenterPoint, ClearWin, SAP, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface between the sales team and customers to support relationships.
• Enter purchase orders and sales orders into SAP/WTS and maintain accuracy.
• Answer customer and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Address customer concerns with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Work with logistics and customer service to support efficient processes.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate market feedback to the sales team.
• Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales during interactions.
• Provide onboarding for customers, including external system access and account setup.
• Maintain ownership of assigned responsibilities and accounts.
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
