Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on-site at the Waxahachie branch. You will assist customers, process transactions, and support the sales team with administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP/POS systems and MS Office. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no travel required and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cashiering duties including receipts, refunds, and deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain showroom organization and branch cleanliness.
• Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
