Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a front-end and service operations team.
• Strong coaching and customer experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Coach team on SOPs, policies, and brand standards to ensure compliance.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and protection plan adoption.
• Develop staff through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
