The position oversees front-end and service operations, supports POS systems, and champions programs like Loyalty Rewards and protection plans, while ensuring omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience with KPI-driven sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach selling behaviors and drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Customer framing operations where applicable.
