Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, supervise store conditions and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, events) and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive growth of MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience oversight.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordination with frame shop.
