Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under time constraints.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Mansioni

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on the customer’s identified needs.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking customers and identify opportunities to solve banking needs.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Customer relationships.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and log all customer interactions.
