You will educate customers on digital options, identify self-service opportunities, handle cash and transactions, and support AML/KYC activities while upholding risk controls and the bank's values.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 6 months customer service experience including data entry or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills; well-organized.
• Proficient with general internet usage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems promptly.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policies.
• Address escalated account services issues to resolution.
• Log customer complaints and transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operations tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and maintain risk controls.
