Job summary

Woodforest National Bank seeks a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by building retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products. You will execute branch operations with accuracy and uphold privacy and compliance standards.

You will engage customers to understand financial needs, explain banking solutions clearly, and support digital tools in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Engage in proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
