Woodforest National Bank in Maryland seeks a Banker's role to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. You will build and grow retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products.

You will help customers with transactions, accounts, and digital solutions while maintaining compliance and a high level of integrity in a fast-paced branch setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
