Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact and coordinate with internal partners when needed
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and regulatory compliance
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, understandable way

• Explain retail banking products, services, and digital tools clearly and concisely
