Woodforest National Bank seeks an energetic Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience in a retail banking setting. You will grow customer relationships by offering products and services with proactive marketing and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, understandable way.
