Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose problems.
• Tracks repair progress, informs customers of delays, and obtains authorized revisions to estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs while setting clear customer expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Keeps knowledge current on vehicle operations, warranties, and service information.
