Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers of status.
• Explain repair recommendations and manage expectations.
• Ensure quality control and road tests where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of service information and guidelines.
• Meet or exceed service level targets.
• Complete required documentation per regulations.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
