This role involves understanding customer issues, arranging necessary services, and managing expectations regarding service delivery. Qualifications

• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must have a professional appearance and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers for prompt diagnosis of problems.
• Follow up on repair status to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Make repair recommendations and set customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs go through quality control.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, and service information.
