Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to coordinate service/repair activities and act as the liaison between customers and technicians. You will be the primary contact for service matters, listening to problems, arranging service, and setting expectations for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some automotive exposure, at least one year in a dealer-level or large facility, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to enable accurate diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers when timelines change; obtain approvals as needed.
• Present repair options and manage customer expectations for deliveries.
• Ensure completed work passes quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service information.
