Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the communication hub for service and repair activities, acting as the liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to customer problems, arrange service, and set expectations for repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, relevant automotive experience, a valid driver’s license and a strong track record in customer service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong customer service.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers if delays occur.
• Present repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control or road test.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns and TSBs.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
