You will listen to problems, schedule service, and explain necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure clear expectations and world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and customer service.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Safety and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repairs, informs customers of delays, and obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control or road tests and maintains knowledge of vehicle information.
