Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of three years of customer care experience, preferably in a product support call center affiliated with manufacturing
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, finance, or other business-related field
• Previous experience with SAP application and contact management (ACD) system

Aufgaben

• Respond to requests and inquiries via phone, email, chat, text or fax with pricing, availability, and product information.
• Enter orders received via email, EDI, phone or other channels.
• Follow-up with customers on incomplete orders to ensure world class care.
• Help customers navigate to and use the website.
• Process returns and/or credit requests per brand guidelines and provide estimates for repair when applicable.
