The Minnesota Star Tribune is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Minneapolis headquarters team. This on-site role handles subscription inquiries, processes orders, answers product questions, and collects payments while supporting outbound renewals and account status updates.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and weekends 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, collaborating with support and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high satisfaction across digital and

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk or other online help ticketing systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, home delivery, digital products, website support, and services.
• Provide timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls regarding account status, billing, and auto-renewal details.
• Redirect customers to appropriate departments when needed.
• Collaborate with support, marketing, and other teams to ensure customer success.
• Meet or exceed individual and team call volume and service quality goals.
• Adhere to all communication standards and procedures.
