Staffmark Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Maple Lake, MN. This role focuses on helping customers, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships while supporting sales teams with timely order processing and accurate information.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or account management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other similar software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business.
• Process new sales orders and provide customers proactive shipping confirmation and status updates.
• Provide technical assistance for part number inquiries.
• Work with Field Account & Promotions Managers and Sales Managers to provide administrative sales support to the team.
• Ensure prompt and clear communication with stakeholders, providing rapid resolutions to issues and concerns.
