Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and handle complaints as appropriate.
• Process counter transactions and update customer records.
• Process payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries as assigned.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and ensure timely paperwork submission.
