InteLogix is seeking a motivated customer service professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries and guiding customers through payment solutions. You will document interactions across systems and collaborate with teams to resolve issues, supporting a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal distractions.
• Technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer experience.
• Typing assessment required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Make outbound financial collection calls in addition to inbound calls to persuade past-due payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Maintain understanding of products, services and policies to assist customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate complex problems.
