Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking a customer support associate in Florida to uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate delivery and billing with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints and problems.
• Enter orders into system for billing and delivery.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch.
• Maintain shelves with merchandise and sales brochures.
