Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience may substitute.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and math skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• Proven ability to provide accurate, timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, tracking, and issues.
• Enter email and phone orders into the system for delivery.
• Process credits/debits accurately and issue refunds as needed.
• Send open order reports and track orders from entry to delivery or pickup.
• Support the sales team and build internal/external relationships.
