Job summary

Oldcastle APG, part of CRH, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional service from an on-site Gilbert, AZ location. The role focuses on guiding inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
• Good with basic math.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Pleasant phone personality.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems.
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery.
• Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable.
• Send open order reports, as required.
• Meeting daily quotas.
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos.
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system.
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders.
• Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer.
• Support the sales team, as required.
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
