Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Customer Support Associate in Lawrenceville, GA. You will handle inquiries, assist with ordering, and ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and payments.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, issuing credits/debits when needed, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales teams. A detail-oriented mindset and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma /equivalent or related experience.
• Detail oriented with strong math and organizational skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems.
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery.
• Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable.
• Send open order reports, as required.
• Meeting daily quotas and providing timely information to customers.
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos.
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders.
• Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer.
• Support the sales team and build strong internal/external relationships.
