Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a customer service representative to support clients with product questions, ordering, quotes, and delivery coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating records, handling payments, and providing accurate information to drive customer satisfaction. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills; prior experience in paving or masonry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking and complaints.
• Enter orders into system for billing and delivery.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch.
• Keep merchandise and sales brochures stocked on shelves.
• Retrieve information for credit department and process credits.
• Answer calls and manage voice mails; take orders by various channels.
• Assist walk-in customers and manage payments.
• Maintain customer records and ship tickets for audit purposes.
