Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, tracking, and issues.
• Enter emails and phone orders into the system for delivery.
• Process credits/debits accurately when applicable.
• Provide timely information and follow-up to customers.
• Support the sales team and build strong internal/external relationships.
