Job summary

CRH, through its Oldcastle family, is seeking a Customer Service Associate based in Tampa, FL to provide responsive support and accurate guidance on inquiries and orders. You will assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and issue credits or debits as needed, while ensuring on-time delivery and invoice accuracy.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and experience with a multi-line phone system are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma /equivalent or comparable in related experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Good with basic math.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery
• Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable
• Send open order reports, as required
• Meeting daily quotas
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders
• Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer
• Support the sales team, as required
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis, as needed
