Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a customer service professional based in Lawrenceville, GA, to support product inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with accuracy and courtesy. You will track orders, enter data, and collaborate with sales to ensure timely delivery, while maintaining high standards of service and invoice accuracy.

Strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Overtime may be needed to meet daily quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with good math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, tracking, complaints, and problems.
• Enter email and phone orders into the system for delivery.
• Process credits/debits accurately when applicable.
• Send open order reports and support the sales team as needed.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and orders are delivered on time.
