Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Marshalltown, IA. You will respond to inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure accurate invoicing and on-time delivery.

You’ll resolve billing issues, maintain files, and support customers with specifications, pricing, and delivery dates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Two years’ customer service experience handling orders via an order entry system.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with Sales and customers about accounts and orders.
• Provide product specs, pricing, and delivery estimates; handle changes and complaints.
• Maintain organized customer files and resolve billing issues with escalation when needed.
• Manage inventory levels and participate in month-end physical counts.
