You will handle inbound calls, assist with payments and auto-billing, identify escalations, and support field teams while maintaining productivity and professional communication with customers and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Two years experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good data entry and verbal skills; type 45 wpm or more.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and track open issues; inform plan/resolution status and follow up.
• Identify escalating priority issues and report up the chain of command.
• Perform a follow-up call to ensure resolution of the issue.
• Conduct outbound calls for customers with new jobs and 0-7 day AR; ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with payments or setting up auto-billing.
• Enter data into Servsuite CRM to document issues.
• Assist leadership in summarizing trends and remaining open issues.
• Maintain/exceed productivity goals and performance measures.
