Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Wisconsin to manage orders, ensure on‑time shipments, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will coordinate with Sales and Production to address delays, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate documentation such as proofs of delivery and invoices.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders through manufacturing, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or customer service environment preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
• Regular attendance and ability to travel domestically 5%.

Responsibilities

• Build customer loyalty through positive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with other functions on escalated issues relating to orders, graphics, ship dates, quality concerns and more.
• Participate in conversations with customers regarding terms, agreements, purchase orders, inventory, and order status; seek assistance when needed.
• Follow standard processes and SLAs to support a customer-centric organization.
• Develop knowledge of cross-functional technical expertise, product data, and order management systems.
