Northwest Exterminating in Marietta, GA is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the essential link between customers and service centers. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and help schedule services while delivering exceptional care and clear communication.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, no experience is necessary, and Spanish-speaking bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by our internal teams.
• Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs.
• Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.
