Northwest Exterminating in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the vital link between customers and service centers. You’ll handle inquiries, process payments, and coordinate scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers starting pay of $17 per hour, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and ample opportunities for growth within a respected Southeast employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience necessary!
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by our internal teams.
• Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs.
• Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.

Skills
