Northwest Exterminating in Marietta, GA is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. You will handle calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with payments, scheduling, and conflicts, while maintaining accurate account notes and supporting internal teams.

No prior experience is required, but a High School Diploma and basic MS Office skills are needed. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Weekly hours are on-site with competitive benefits and a strong community focus.

Qualifications
