Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Georgia. In this full-time role you’ll be the critical link between customers and service centers, handling calls, emails, and chats, and helping with payments and scheduling.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by our internal teams.
• Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs.
• Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.
