Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in the Atlanta area. You will be the vital link between customers and service centers, handling inquiries, payments, scheduling, and issue resolution while ensuring top-tier service and accurate account notation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notate customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed by internal teams.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Maintain consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
