Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle day-to-day front-office activities and support the Customer Care Supervisor. You will provide frontline customer service, answer calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain organized administrative tasks in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English, verbal and written; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle customer queries.
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Follow assigned schedule and complete tasks.
• Discuss performance with supervisor; monitor daily, weekly, monthly results.
• Assist with propane bottle refilling as needed.
