Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, Kilgore, TX, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle day-to-day front-office activities in a full-time role. The CCR works with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure excellent service and efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving inquiries, and providing first-level issue support. The role may involve propane-related tasks after training and licensing, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with all employees and customers.
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
• Ability to remain organized and focused on attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Use of Microsoft Office; generally have high level of computer skills.
• English, fluent proficiency, verbal and written; knowledge of Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries.
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all assigned tasks.
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues.
• Research / resolve customer inquiries.
• Discuss with direct supervisor results of daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Accountable for satisfactory daily call answer rate and first call resolutions.
