Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle front-office activities in Fort Worth, TX. You will work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient administrative support.

Training will cover safety protocols and licensing for propane handling as needed. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving inquiries, adhering to schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries.
• Provide first level support for customer issues.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance with supervisor.
• Ensure satisfactory daily call answer rate and first-call resolutions.
